In SERVICE & REPAIR we specialise in all Cutting & Welding Equipment, from the oldest products still in use to the latest cutting-edge digital, microprocessor controlled, inverter technologies. We additionally service PAPR Welding Helmets.

Our extensive team of experienced highly trained technicians have the expertise to get the job done. W.E.S.S. technicians are Trained and Certified by national and leading international manufacturers and have access to original spare parts.

We conduct service and repair at our workshop facilities located at 107 Cormack Road Wingfield, South Australia. Additionally, we have a team of field Service Technicians covering metropolitan Adelaide for onsite Service & Repair of larger fixed plant and PAPR Welding Helmets.

A proactive approach is the proven best practice to increase productivity, reliability, safety, welding quality and deliver overall peak operational performance for welders and their equipment at all times. This program additionally, delivers the annual documentation to maintain Australian and International Standards compliance.

  • Performing Functional Testing of Flashback Arrestors
  • Performing Sanitisation and Functional / Flow Testing of PAPR Welding Helmets

Standards & Compliance Certification

  • Standards and Compliance testing to: Safety in Welding and Allied Processes AS 1674.2-2007
  • Safe Work Australia Regulation 150: Welding Processes Code of Practice. Our equipment testing complies with the AS 3760:2010 In-Service safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment Clause 2.3.3.2 and Clause 2.3.3.7
  • Additionally, with the Lorch products we calibrate according to EN 50504, perform complete ISO 9000 Series as well as EN ISO 3834 (welding technology QA requirements).
